Vista Park is one of the largest lower to middle income housing developments within the Free State.   • 400 units BNG (fully subsidised) earning between R0 to R3 500 pm
  • 400 multi-storey CRU units (Community Residential Units) subsidised rental units - earning between R800 and R3 500 pm
  • 410 social housing units (subsidised rental units for SHI’s) for income earners earning up to R15 000 pm
  • 2326 FLISP (Finance Linked Individual Subsidy Program), multi-storey apartments with once-off subsidy for beneficiaries earning up to R22 000 pm
  • 1 440 student beds earmarked for the NSFAS (National Student Financial Aid Scheme) student accommodation
  • 1 039 freestanding affordable housing units ranging from 40m² to 120m²
  • 21 mix-use units – live and work

 

Vista Park is an unprecedented endeavour offering freedom of choice with various property offerings. Lower to middle-income home buyers have the opportunity to purchase with the support of FLISP financial aid.
