STUDENT ACCOMMODATION

This development, mainly designated for NSFAS (National Student Financial Aid Scheme) students, will be developed in three phases. Phase 1 will consist of 970 beds, Phase 2 will consist of 1 800 beds and Phase 3 of 1 582 beds. The accommodation facilities will consist of a mix of single and two-bed self-contained units. Situated in the historical region of Sophiatown, Central Park offers learners a safe, stylish haven from where to learn, play and grow. Equipped with AstroTurf sports fields, well-planned landscaping, combi-courts, and braai areas, learners will enjoy ample space from where to relax and unwind. A short distance from the University of Johannesburg Main Campus, Central Park Student Housing Village offers multi-storey self-contained fully furnished units as part of an integrated mixed-use development, less than 3km from campus.
